q: where is anchor & adorn located?
a: we are based in brooklyn, ny.

q: every item is handmade?
a: yes, each item is created with our own two hands in our brooklyn studio. they are made with love, sweat and sometimes tears (jk). all of the sizing on blankets, bibs, etc. are approximate. we are creatives not math geniuses.

q: if i wanted to send pics of my little or send you a love letter how can i do that?
a: we always want you to send us pics and please post them to our instagram at @anchorandadorn or drop us a line at anchorandadorn@gmail.com

q: do you take custom orders?
a: we want to make everyone happy and love us, so while we don't offer customizable items on the site, please contact us to see if it's possible to create something especially for you.


products

q: how often do you add new items?
a: we are constantly adding new items. we love to create fun new things, so we will be adding new products and even new categories.

q: what if a print is sold out?
a: all of our prints are limited, making them unique and one-of-a-kind, but if you find something you love and we are sold out, please contact us and we can try and make it happen. 

q: will my products shrink?
a: our items are not pre-washed, so we suggest low tumble dry for all products that are cotton material.

q: can i wash my banners?
a: we don’t suggest washing them; they are canvas and will be destroyed. spot cleaning is suggested. 


shipping

q: when am i getting my goods?
a: please allow 7-10 business days for domestic shipping via USPS and 10-15 for international orders.

q: what if i gave you the wrong address?
a: it is the customers responsibility to provide anchor & adorn with the correct address. we are not responsible for any lost packages that have been sent to the wrong address.

q: do you ship internationally?
a: yes! but our flat rate of $6.95 does not apply and we will contact you to confirm the appropriate shipping cost. additionally, it may take a bit longer than our standard 7-10 business days.

q: waaaaah, my package is lost or stolen...what do i do?
a: please contact your local post office to see if it has been misplaced. if you haven't received your package within 30 days, please let us know and we can provide you with store credit.

q: what if it says my package was delivered?
a: packages that are marked as delivered are now the responsibility of the customer. 


taxes

new york tax of 8.875% is charged to residents on all orders.


returns

q: can i return if i don't like my product?
a: unfortunately, all sales are final due to the nature of the one-of-a-kind items. but if something is destroyed or has a defect, we can offer an exchange.
